RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our business, the Gift Store llc & INDULGE! Antiques has a NO RETURNS Policy.
HOWEVER, if there is a defective or damage to the item you purchased from one of the Gift Store llc
vendors listed on the tabs above. 

Please contact that vendor directly & cc info@theGiftStore-springfield.com and be sure to have
"Return/Exchange Request" in the subject line.  YOU MUST HAVE RECEIPT OF PURCHASE AND ORIGINAL
TAGS FROM THE PRODUCT!

Most of our renters have an Exchange policy for their damaged/defective products.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL with our products....but you can always contact the Gift Store Vendors directly
to see what they can do for you and the product you purchased.
