Why Rent with the Gift Store llc? We do local advertising of which you can individually participate in if you wish. We provide interior signs for all our renters so you may brand your business & create recognition of your products. Your space is fully covered with insurance (in case of fire, theft & so on). We give you an individual bio page & two subpages on our Website (worth the rental fee in itself). If you have a website, we will place a link to your site on this website. We create the promotional materials for you to use to drive your customers to the store & too your space! We can also help you create your own personal brochures & catalogs for a small fee (pretty much to cover costs of paper & ink).
We participate at the Holiday Food & Gift Festival every year with a 10x20' booth! (That event draws about 3,000 people daily for 3days!) Best of all - you get to sell your items in a retail outlet without dedicating time to the retail outlet & a flat rental fee helps you stay on budget! We have Three Types of Spaces; Mini Gondolas & Bookcases & Wall Spaces.
Our mini gondola* rentals start @ $40 per month, the gondolas are 2'x1'x4't. The larger gondola is 3'x1'x4't and rents @ $50 per month. Both gondolas have 3 fixed shelves for your displays and about 18", in height, apart.
Our floor bookcases* rentals are $45 per month and are 2'x1'x3-1/4't. Some of the shelves are adjustable.
Our wall rentals* Full Wall Bookcase rental $63 per month and are rented out in 2-1/4ft wide sections and have shelf space from floor to maximum height. The overal dimension per full wall section are 2-1/4'x1'x6't. There are limited Split Wall rentals top (slatwall - 2ft) that are @ $30 per section and bottom (bookcase -2'x1'x3-1/4't) $35 per section. Some of the shelves are adjustable; and the slatwall portion is adjustable - shelf & basket accessories are included with these prices!

We want to have an upscale look so our fixtures will match the color scheme of this website, the fixtures are of a darker/warm-fall color. We want to keep the store image consistant. You will be able to create your own Branding/Coloring within your table/wall space and your signs will be of Your Business Logo.
First month's rent & Security* will be required upon rental agreement & prior to move in. We have a software package to seperate each vendors products** & will run monthly sales reports.
*note: security deposit will be held in a seperate account until such day when you decide to terminate renting with the Gift Store, llc and give a 30days written notice. Security Deposit is equal to your space rental.
**Vendors are responsible for your own inventory, we will provide your with monthly sales. Vendors are responsible for displaying their products in such a manner that they are secured & less likely to fall & break.

Our business hours are Wed-Thurs 3-7p, Fri 11:30-7p, Sat 10-5p(w) 7p(s) & Sun 10-4p. Holiday & Summer hours will be expanded. As 'the Gift Store' becomes busier, our days & hours will be expanded.
