Exchange/Return Policy

We want to say thank you very much for this opportunity to participate in our community by bringing you some very unique and one-of-a-kind gifts.

As each one of our handmade gifts are somewhat alike, yet so different, we will offer an “exchange only” policy for an item of the same or greater value, with the customer paying the difference. An exchange will only take place, if the original item is brought in within 2 business days, unopened and intact. Diaper cakes must still be in their unopened and original plastic.

Sweater sets may be exchanged for an item of the same or greater value, with the customer paying the difference, but must be in their original gift packaging and in their purchased condition.

Other gift sets and items will be exchanged in the same manner.

All exchanges must be accompanied with their original sales receipt.
There will be a 20% restocking fee per item exchanged to cover processing.
