If you are the Gift Receipient and not the Original Purchaser - you can exhange.  If you have ANY questions, please feel free to Contact Us @ Orders@Baskets-Bouquets-Gifts.com and you will receive a response within 24hours, usually the same day.

In-Store:*
ALL Returns will be via IN STORE Credit ONLY for Baskets, Bouquets & Gifts.  Gifts/Items must be returned within 10days of receipt.  Non-Damaged items MUST BE UNOPENED for full credit!  

We strive on all all products being fresh - therefore if there is an item that is not of Quality Freshness, we will be glad to have the store do an exchange or in-store credit for our business! We want our customers to be happy with their gifts & items.  Please let us know if an item is not of quality freshness!

If you are the gift receipient and not able to use the gift that was given to you - we will be happy to do an exchange - but gifts must be unopened to waive the re-stocking fee!

*there will be a 20% re-stocking fee on items that are not damaged (due to we have to re-package in appropriate new packaging).
